Not surprisingly, the two most important factors driving satisfaction are service frequency and travel time. Transit riders also value station and stop conditions, real-time information, and service reliability.

Out of a list of a dozen potential service improvements, riders say power outlets and Wi-Fi are the least important. Why tout free Wi-Fi for customers who don’t care strongly for it?
